The Y.C.C. Youth Council is a council made up of youth from the Glen Cairn and Pond Mills area that attend the Youth Changing Communities program. The council’s job is to represent the youth in the program at the Centre and advocate for the changes that the youth think are necessary.

For the last month, it has been a very busy time for the Y.C.C. Youth Council. There has been an exciting election taking place to elect new members to the Youth Council. Many people who entered the Centre saw the bulletin of the youth nominated for the election and were asked to vote for the top five youth. The results are in…!!!

The newly elected members are Joseph, Stephanie, Jennifer, Tiffany, Portia and Thonermoo.
