This program is for 10-13 years of age. During this 6 week program children will learn about the importance of a balanced diet and exercise to esnsure a healthy body. Each week the children will have the opportunity to cook meals, bake treats, create crafts and play active games. These activities will teach kids how to make healty meak choice when preparing linches and snacks at home.
There will be a $20 fee for supplies and food for this program. Must register in advanced. Also thiere will be no program on March 18th due to March break.
This program starts February 25, 2010 and it ends April 8, 2010
