A multi-course tasting menu:
2 seatings of 75 people at 11:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 2:30pm

The menu will highlight dishes created from ingredients recovered through our food rescue programs, showcasing the nutritious meals made possible through food rescue, preservation, and preparation efforts that support community members experiencing food insecurity.
